To be successful in this role, you need to have the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • A high school diploma or GED, preferably some college courses
  • Strong working knowledge of textile, apparel, and manufacturing, or demonstration of ability/aptitude to acquire the knowledge
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented professional
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and deliver results with excellent follow-through
  • Proficient in knowledge of PC, including Microsoft Office. Experience with color management tools (hardware and software) a plus, or ability/aptitude for learning it
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to differentiate color shade
