Description FGCI, a leading distributor of composite materials, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing production team! If you enjoy hands-on work, have an eye for detail, and want to be part of a company that values quality and innovation, we want to meet you. What You’ll Do As a Color Match Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our manufacturing operations by ensuring materials are prepared, mixed, and packaged accurately and efficiently. Daily responsibilities include: Filling containers with designated materials according to production schedules Ensuring all packages are properly sealed and secured Adjusting pouring stations for efficient product flow Assisting with general labor tasks across the production floor Supporting timely, high-quality production Working with formulas and pigments to color-match samples Combining colors for gelcoat and paint products using industrial mixers Performing batch quality control and making adjustments as needed Preparing and documenting formulas for custom colors Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace Performing other related duties as assigned Requirements What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Experience in color matching or composite materials (a plus, but not required) Ability to follow detailed standard operating procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to stand, walk, and lift 50 lbs. throughout the work shift Willingness to work overtime and some Saturdays when needed Ability to update or create documentation when procedures change
