We offer a full suite of solutions, including artwork and file preparation, plate and cylinder production, and metal deco services, supported by advanced technology and a global footprint.     POSITION SUMMARY     We are seeking an Admin Coordinator - Colour to join our team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract basis. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth running of the Colour Laboratory by working closely with the team to develop and maintain optimum performance and delivery to client requirements. Please be advised that this is an onsite role based at our Salford office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage the delivery of projects * Manage critical paths and timings and follow up any late actions * Inputting data into workflow management systems eg SAP * Liaise with internal and external clients via meetings, telephone and email to ensure jobs are briefed correctly * Presentation of colour standards using standard pattern mounting techniques * Stock control and raising purchase orders when required * Follow Health and Safety and COSHH regulations and setting a good example to others * Packing and dispatch of colour standards using software provided * Maintaining good housekeeping practices * Complete final checks prior to dispatch Must be highly client focused with excellent attention to detail. The following experience is beneficial but not essential: * Knowledge of inks, printing processes and their associated print packaging types * Working in a team environment * Excellent skills working on a PC  
Responsibilities
Coordinate the daily operations of the Colour Laboratory, including project delivery, critical path management, and data input into SAP. Manage client communications, stock control, and the preparation and dispatch of colour standards.
