The Role
Job Description: Develop and implement color strategies that enhance aesthetics, reinforce brand identity, and align with current and emerging market trends. Provide expert consultation to clients, architects, designers, and internal teams by applying color theory, psychology, and systems (NCS, Pantone) across industries. Research, forecast, and manage color collections including shade cards, digital tools, and trend-based palettes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, sales, marketing) to integrate color effectively into product development, branding, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications: Open to Male Arabic national, 30 years old and below Bachelor’s in Marketing, Design, Fine Arts, Color Science, or Interior Design (Master’s degree is a plus) At least 3–5 years in color consulting, design, branding, or paints/coatings, with strong knowledge of color theory and psychology. Proficient in color systems (NCS, Pantone, RAL, etc.); creative, client-focused, commercially aware, and collaborative.
