Gestionar de forma proactiva la lista de colores, priorizando las órdenes según las indicaciones del jefe de taller. Organización y cumplimiento Mantener altos estándares de puntualidad, orden y compromiso en todas las actividades del taller. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los tiempos de entrega establecidos, contribuyendo a la satisfacción del cliente. Planeación operativa Realizar recorridos diarios en el taller para identificar los vehículos programados para pintura. Anticipar necesidades de producción con base en la carga de trabajo y la programación de colores asignada. Seguridad y equipo de protección Inspeccionar periódicamente el estado del equipo de protección personal (EPP). Reportar oportunamente cualquier desgaste o necesidad de reemplazo al supervisor para garantizar condiciones seguras de trabajo. Productividad Cumplir con un mínimo de producción de 8 colores diarios, con un rango esperado de entre 8 y 11 colores dependiendo del volumen de trabajo. Control de costos Administrar y controlar el costo por pieza del taller asignado, con seguimiento mensual orientado a la eficiencia operativa. Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing and adjusting automotive colors according to specifications and managing the production list to meet delivery times. Additionally, the role involves monitoring workshop costs, ensuring safety through PPE inspections, and maintaining a daily production quota of 8 to 11 colors.
