REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in administration, or other related roles, demonstrating responsibility for system management or process integrity of current and new data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs and data analysis tools and software, with a strong understanding of database management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of automotive refinish paint systems and color matching processes is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Colour Administration Leader to join our team and be responsible for initiating, prioritising, and finalising jobs through the Clayton Colour Lab. This will involve liaising with key stakeholders, including the Malaysian Colour Lab for jobs to be processed offshore, and maintaining the integrity of our internal Global Reflectance Intermix Database (GRID) and physical filing system.
The role would be well suited to someone with strong administrative experience, however knowledge of automotive refinish paint systems and colour matching processes would be beneficial.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond quickly to requests and queries via e-mail and phone, or direct interaction. Providing exceptional customer service to Refinish clients.
  • Maintain the integrity of our internal Global Reflectance Intermix Database (GRID) and physical filing system by strictly following internal processes. Ensure information is accurate and complete.
  • Maintain order and lab efficiency by uploaded, labelled and filing all completed work in a timely manner.
