ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• 1+ Year Experience in a Colour role
• Familiar with textile compliance & sustainability
• Foundational knowledge of textiles, including fabric construction, fibres, finishes, and performance properties
• Understanding of colour testing and validation, colour Management
• Willing to Travel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

THE ROLE

As LSKD’s Colour Specialist - based in our HQ in Loganholme QLD, you’re the go-to for nailing perfect colour across every fabric and trim. In this Full-Time role you’ll work with Design, Sourcing, and Production, you’ll bring seasonal palettes to life - making sure every hue hits the mark and holds up in the real world. From lab dips to print checks and fastness tests, your sharp eye keeps our colours bold, consistent, and on-brand. Your work helps fuel the performance, style, and vibe our community loves whilst upholding our brand integrity.
