SKILLS:

• Understanding of EB construction, ship certification and delivery
• Familiarity with ship design, ship construction and Electric Boat’s business processes are highly desired
• Must have well-developed interpersonal skills, communication skills and project management skills
• Self-starter with attention to details
• Ability to work independently
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Must also have the ability to communicate with the utmost professionalism at the executive level and with the Customer
• Must be willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Team Center
• Familiarity with MRP
• Familiarity with Electronic Desktop (PCM)
• Basic working knowledge with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) & SPARS
