BWC’s core hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, however, daily start/end times may vary based on operational need across BWC departments. Most positions perform work on-site at one of BWC’s seven offices across the state. BWC offers flex-time work schedules that allow an employee to start the day as early as 7:00am or as late as 8:30am. Flex-time schedules are based on operational need and require supervisor approval. What You’ll Be Doing: Coordinates secure data exchanges and integration efforts with internal departments and external partners to enable crossmatching and enhance fraud detection capabilities. Oversees the transformation of raw digital data into structured, actionable insights for reporting, compliance, and fraud analysis. Leads and develops ad-hoc data analysis to support fraud allegations and investigative inquiries, ensuring analytical accuracy and responsiveness to the originating requestor’s objectives. Develops business intelligence dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Cognos, and Power BI to support fraud detection and investigative decision-making. Administers AI-driven analytics tools and automation frameworks to improve fraud detection methodologies and operational efficiency. Develops and delivers training materials, user guides, and mentorship programs to build analytical capacity across the department. Standardizes documentation and reporting practices to ensure reproducibility, quality assurance, and alignment with department mission and strategic goals. 60 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: creating and coordinating technical and business requirements for processes, projects and procedures, working with business users and technical staff to develop strategies and leading modification or creation of new systems for implementation of information technology solutions. -Or completion of associate core program in computer science, information systems, or business administration; 42 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: creating and coordinating technical and business requirements for processes, projects and procedures, working with business users and technical staff to develop strategies and leading modification or creation of new systems for implementation of information technology solutions. -Or completion of undergraduate core program in computer science, information systems, or business administration; 36 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: creating and coordinating technical and business requirements for processes, projects and procedures, working with business users and technical staff to develop strategies and leading modification or creation of new systems for implementation of information technology solutions. -Or equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.
