Shall have thorough knowledge of column fabrication, assembly, and internal inspection including trays, packings, distributors, and support rings. Good knowledge of applicable codes including API 510, ASME Section VIII, and relevant column inspection standards. Shall perform internal and external visual inspection of columns, identifying corrosion, erosion, cracking, fouling, and mechanical damage. Shall witness fit-ups and perform visual examination of all welding related to column shell, nozzles, and internals. Shall administer Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) on column welds and internals. Shall have command on reviewing fabrication drawings, isometric drawings, and welding symbols. Capable of assessing and documenting tray conditions including levelness, weir heights, downcomer clearances, and valve conditions. Shell witness hydrostatic testing of columns and document results. Minimum Eligibility Criteria: API 510 and CSWIP Level 2 certification or equivalent knowledge/experience Minimum 10 years of column inspection experience in refinery/petrochemical plants Strong knowledge of column internals, fabrication, and inspection practices Experience in welding inspection, hydrotesting, and NDE methods (DPT/MPT) Ability to interpret fabrication drawings, isometrics, and welding symbols Relevant project experience of O&G (project construction, QA/QC & Commissioning) is mandatory Candidate must have valid certificates – copy shall be provided along with CV.  
Responsibilities
