Requirements Responsibilities: CSEL program management in accordance with all applicable regulations Perform management, training, and instructor certification functions in support of academic, laboratory and operational training Serve as the CSEL program manager and technical subject matter expert Serve as the overall system administrator / SME for the CSEL training architecture Provide SERE Specialist training on management and use of CSEL web application accounts, hand-held radios, and PTIU Provide CSEL support for SERE training in field and classroom environments Perform management, training, and instructor certification functions in support of academic, laboratory, and operational training Provide, prepare, and conduct CSEL related training, briefings, reviews, after-action reports, and meetings. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Have two (2) years’ experience knowledge in and demonstrate familiarity with the DoD CSEL over the horizon architecture to include operations of the CSEL web-app terminal and/or CSEL base station Experience providing CSEL command and control coverage in an operational environment Ability to pass a physical, and psychological evaluation Active Secret Security Clearance at the time of hire Job Types: Full-time, Contract Work Location: In person Security Clearance Requirements: Position requires an active SECERT clearance.
