COMBINED SERVICES MANAGER – FIXED TERM (9 MONTHS, POTENTIAL TO GO PERMANENT)

Craigavon & Dungannon (with some travel to Enniskillen, Armagh & Antrim sites)
Silverwood Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Combined Services Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven management experience within Cleaning, Catering, Security or Facilities/Combined Services.
  • Strong financial and operational management skills.
  • Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
  • Full valid driving licence (essential) and willingness to travel between sites.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Combined Services Manager, you will report to the Operations Director and take ownership of the operational and financial management of services across designated sites. This includes Cleaning, Catering, Security and wider Combined Services. You will lead and develop your team to deliver excellent service standards while ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide leadership, direction and control to operational teams to achieve performance and financial targets.
  • Manage budgets and ensure optimum financial performance across your area of responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with policies on Health & Safety, HR, Payroll and Financial controls.
  • Build strong client relationships to support business retention and growth.
  • Oversee contract delivery, auditing schedules and service standards.
  • Lead, motivate and develop your team through coaching, appraisals and ongoing support.
  • Work with subcontractors and internal support teams to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Support tendering and business development activities as required.
