As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Comfort Advisor (Sales) who is passionate about helping homeowners find the right heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions for their needs. What We Offer Uncapped earning potential (commission-based position) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance & short-term disability Optional additional life and long-term disability coverage 401(k) with generous company match What You’ll Do Design customized HVAC and indoor air quality solutions for homeowners Perform full home comfort evaluations, including: Load calculations Ductwork inspections Comfort and air quality assessments Clearly present system options and recommendations to customers Manage all job-related documentation including financing, rebates, and tax credits Ensure accurate invoicing and secure payment collection Document existing systems with photos and detailed notes Create complete material and equipment lists for installations Coordinate temporary heating/cooling solutions when needed Educate customers on warranties, guarantees, and system operation What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of sales experience (HVAC experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using iPads and industry software Self-motivated with a drive to succeed Excellent time management and ability to multitask Team-oriented with a professional attitude Why Join Us?
