Description You will start your day from home to meet with homeowners to discuss options for new HVAC equipment. Leads come through Technician turn-overs and/or marketing leads. After a full analysis of the home including a heat load calculation, you will present new equipment and financing options. In this role, you will have the opportunity to set leads for the other trades (Plumbing, Electrical and Generators) and earn commissions on anything that closes. You can also earn up to $100 per 5 Star Google Review. RESPONSIBILITIES: Present a professional and knowledge expertise that positively reflects our company. Build rapport and trust with the homeowners. Assist homeowners with financing when needed. Work with team members to ensure project needs are met. Follow-up with any sold jobs to ensure customer satisfaction. Valid Texas Driver’s license with a good driving record Service Titan experience a big plus!
