OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and creative Comic and Manga Teacher to inspire and educate children in the appreciation and practice of visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drawing, illustration, and digital art, with a particular enthusiasm for comics and manga. This role requires someone who can foster creativity, imagination, and critical thinking while creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong knowledge of illustration techniques, both traditional and digital.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey artistic concepts clearly.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students of diverse ages and backgrounds.
  • Patience and adaptability in teaching methods to suit different learning needs.
  • Organisational skills to manage materials, lesson planning, and classroom activities.
  • A degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, Education, or related field is preferred (but not essential).
  • Previous teaching or workshop experience is an advantage.
