Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Document current-state workflows across commercial banking functions and conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and compliance risks. Partner with Relationship Managers and Credit Officers to uncover pain points and improvement opportunities. * Design and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators including loan and deposit growth, WAR trends, portfolio health, and client engagement. * Support the development of new operating models by defining roles and handoffs, and analyzing RM gearing ratios and client coverage to optimize resource allocation. * Assess the impact of client re-segmentation on operational efficiency and experience, conducting ad hoc analyses to inform staffing, targeting, and product strategies. Analyze segmentation data to support RM bookbuilding and migration planning, while benchmarking internal processes against industry standards and regulatory requirements. * Ensure data integrity across Salesforce, credit platforms, and internal databases, while monitoring credit pipeline metrics to identify trends in approvals, turnaround times, and exceptions. * Deliver executive reports on business unit performance, transformation progress, and strategic initiatives, visualizing insights for senior stakeholders and board committees. * Collaborate with Finance and Risk to align reporting frameworks with enterprise standards, and prepare executive summaries and status updates. * Support strategic initiatives such as client re-segmentation and disclosure enhancements by tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools. Monitor risks and escalate issues that may affect timelines or outcomes. * Facilitate cross-functional meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders, translating business needs into functional specifications for technology teams. * Partner with HR on role mapping, job family updates, and organizational design, while supporting the development of commercial banking. Qualifications Required Skills: * Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Salesforce, Power BI and business intelligence tools. * Strong proficiency with presentation and report creation in multiple formats, integrating data and information from multiple sources and platforms. * Familiarity with credit policy, client segmentation, and commercial loan operations. * Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written / verbal communication and stakeholder management skills. Required Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking, financial analysis, or business operations. Preferred Experience: * Minimum of 5 years of experience. * Experience with transformation initiatives or operating model redesign is a plus.
