POSITION OVERVIEW

The Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) is seeking to hire qualified candidates with the opportunity to work in a dynamic, creative thinking, problem solving environment. This position serves as a Command Center Operations Specialist in the Enterprise Production Operations Systems (EPOS) Operations Center - night shift. In this role you will perform advanced level enterprise system and network operations control work and monitor, operate, and coordinate the enterprise computer systems. In addition, you will perform startups, shutdowns, system dumps (tasks, system, spool, etc.), sysplex coupling facility structure, moves, restores and monitors system performance and measurements.
