MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• One (1) year of experience in audit, risk, or compliance within the financial services industry
• Experience with customer complaints and investigations, may include call center experience
• Analytical skills sufficient to read, understand and apply bank/credit union laws and regulations
• Ability to communicate complicated information effectively to a variety of audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of banking and credit union statutes and rules

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Requires occasional moving of articles such as boxes, accounting records, laptop computer, and portable printer.
