For more information, visit wppmedia.com Role Summary and Impact The Growth Lead, Commerce UK is responsible for driving day-to-day growth across the UK commerce pipeline. This role focuses on converting commerce opportunities within existing UK clients and local new business, ensuring strong coordination across agencies, partners, and delivery teams. The role owns the UK execution of the growth agenda, working closely with the VP, Growth on priority opportunities while ensuring local pipeline momentum, discipline, and conversion. Key Responsibilities Own the UK Commerce Growth Pipeline Manage and progress the UK commerce opportunity pipeline across existing clients and new business. Identify, shape, and qualify opportunities in partnership with agency client leads and commerce delivery teams. Ensure opportunities are clearly scoped, commercially sound, and aligned to delivery capability. Support New Business and Pitch Activity Lead commerce input into UK-focused pitches and RFPs. Coordinate internal teams (strategy, consultancy, retail media, enablement) to develop compelling UK-specific proposals. Support the VP, Growth on larger or more complex opportunities as required. Drive Client Expansion Work with client teams to identify incremental commerce opportunities across retail media, commerce media, and consulting. Translate client needs into clear growth proposals, business cases, and timelines. Track progress from opportunity identification through to close. Partner Coordination and Enablement Coordinate with the Partnerships & Enablement team to ensure UK opportunities are supported with the right tools, platforms, and partner inputs. Ensure partner solutions are effectively embedded into UK growth plans. Pipeline Discipline and Reporting Maintain clear visibility of pipeline status, forecasts, and conversion rates. Provide regular updates to the leadership on progress, risks, and priorities. Bring structure and consistency to how UK commerce growth is tracked and managed. Example Projects You’ll Work On Developing and converting commerce expansion opportunities within key UK clients. Supporting UK retail media and commerce pitches from briefing through to close. Coordinating partner input (Amazon, Criteo, RMNs) into UK proposals. Building repeatable UK growth plays that can be scaled across accounts. What Success Looks Like Strong, well-managed UK commerce pipeline with consistent conversion. Increased commerce revenue from existing UK clients. Improved speed and quality of UK commerce proposals.
