Description
Lead regular cadence meetings with Sales, Delivery, Collection, BRA, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and operational readiness. Provide visibility on pipeline status and highlight required actions to keep progress on track. Monitor major opportunities and ensure the pipeline remains clean, accurate, and up-to-date. Validate opportunity hygiene and progression according to internal standards. Drive teams to expedite critical stages: sales pipeline advancement, delivery execution, and contract management. Work proactively to reduce bottlenecks so revenue can be recognized faster. Track and follow up on contract status, ensuring timely renewals, extensions, or closure. Identify risks related to expiring or stalled customer contracts and coordinate mitigation with relevant teams. Ensure processes across revenue operations are executed consistently and efficiently. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
