REQUIREMENTS:

  • BSc/BA in business, engineering, economics, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or formula-based tools
  • Self-starter capable of driving themselves to their targets and objectives every month
  • A fantastic communicator with a “get it done” mindset, well-organised and efficient
  • Looker and Power BI experience are a plus
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Commercial Account Executive. This is a remote role based in the UAE, supporting our Kuwait business. Your role will consist of supporting the SMB Team Account Managers with their portfolio of managed accounts, in collaboration with the SMB Team lead. In addition, you will support the wider commercial team by gathering and working with data, including any projects, sprints, and campaigns.
As part of the key tasks, you will be responsible for assisting the team in carrying out day-to-day tasks pertaining to partner operations, menus, and growth strategies. Additionally, you will support commercial strategy projects, working on data entry, analysis, and execution. We are looking for an analytical-driven candidate who can pull, read, and manipulate data to extract business critical insights and drive actions, supported by the SMB Team Lead. This role will be based in the UAE office and will report to the Kuwait team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in executing various tasks such as menu edits, campaign detail input, offer uploads, and ad activation
  • Take ownership of specific project-related tasks, such as reviewing partner menus and menu tags across different segments (SMB, Mid-Market, Key), and implement operational improvement sprints
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to extract and analyse data for daily, weekly, or monthly assessments, focusing on growth and operational enhancements
  • Partner with segment team leads on strategic initiatives, providing support in data management and progress tracking
  • Liaise with ~500 brands within the SMB segment to engage them in advertising and discount programs, while also identifying and communicating potential solutions to operational challenges.
