We’re now looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our Wexford office on a full-time, permanent basis. How you'll make an impact As a Commercial Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. You’ll work closely with businesses to understand their unique needs and provide tailored insurance and risk management solutions. You’ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients, negotiating with insurers to secure the best coverage, and ensuring all client requirements are met on time. You’ll also proactively seek new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service. Your day-to-day will include: Managing renewals and ensuring all documentation is accurate and delivered promptly. Advising clients on policy terms, conditions, and exclusions. Staying compliant with industry regulations and maintaining your CPD hours. Taking personal responsibility for delivering outstanding client service to drive retention and satisfaction. About you You’re a relationship builder, a problem solver, and a service-minded professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll bring: Proven experience in an Account Executive role within a brokerage or insurance setting. A Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification, with a commitment to achieving your MDI qualification. A deep understanding of the commercial insurance market, products, and services. Strong negotiation skills and a passion for delivering tailored solutions to clients.
