About the role
Lansdown Insurance Brokers, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our Cheltenham office.
As an Commercial Account Executive you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service acting as part of the Commercial Sales Team, supporting Lansdown “right first time” approach to customer service.

What you’ll be doing
Develop, negotiate, and profitably sell business within own authority and in line with Lansdown’s strategy.
Plan, prioritise and manage individual own work to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLAs to deliver exceptional customer service.
Adhere to all Company, regulatory and compliance guideline requirements.
Be professional when representing the Company at external events e.g. conferences or client visits (as required).
To service new and existing Lansdown clients – Commercial/Residential Property.
What you’ll need to have
Good understanding of property insurance.
Ability to develop relationships with clients, agents, insurers etc.
Proven sales ability, Market, Industry and Company knowledge.
Work well within a team especially under pressure.
Confident verbal and written communication skills.
What makes you stand out
Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance.
Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma in Insurance (or willing to work towards).
