The Role: As a Commercial Account Executive at ScreenCloud, your role will be to understand the needs of potential customers quickly and efficiently, demonstrating how our platform can solve their communication challenges. You’ll focus on identifying opportunities, managing high-velocity sales processes from start to finish, and ensuring clients see the immediate value in what we offer. In this fast-paced environment, you'll manage multiple deals simultaneously, each with an average size of $5k-$10k and a typical sales cycle of 3-4 weeks. Your ability to build trust and rapport rapidly with prospects will be crucial to your success. You will invest in mastering ScreenCloud products and services, developing excellent knowledge to act as a trusted advisor to our customers, often understanding their needs before they even recognize them. This deep product knowledge will enable you to provide quick, insightful solutions and guide prospects through a streamlined sales process Responsibilities: Product Demos: Create engaging and effective sales presentations, tailored to client needs Lead the Sales Process: Thoughtfully navigate sales cycles, at a speed that customers are comfortable but while maintaining control Meet in Person: Encourage prospect/customer site visits, to learn more about them and their use cases Thoughtful Planning: Develop robust account plans and stakeholder maps for key accounts Lead Generation: Designing creative outreach strategies and supporting account-based marketing activities and campaigns to unearth leads Channel Activity: Leverage partner integrations to differentiate ScreenCloud and encourage partner sales reps to open doors to potential ScreenCloud customers from within their network Close: Negotiate pricing and commercial terms, alongside our contract management team Requirements: A strong track record of Sales in a SaaS environment 1-3 years in a B2B Saas Sales role Able to work 2-3 days in our Charlotte, NC office Comfortable discussing technical products and simplifying complex ideas for different audiences Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage long and sometimes complex sales processes Self-motivated, with a focus on results Ability to attend industry events and travel to client site as required Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot Willingness to learn; we value continuous learning and want those who are keen to develop themselves.
