LOCATION: LUTON

My client is looking for an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our team and take on an established book of business within our growing brokerage. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise in Construction and Property, alongside a solid general knowledge of wider commercial insurance, to inherit a book of around £200K income. It will be your role to nurture and grow this book working with premiums ranging from £20K - £40K.
You’ll be stepping into a firm that values long-term client relationships and prides itself on a down-to-earth, supportive culture. Responsibilities
  • Taking ownership of an established commercial book of business, maintaining and growing client relationships.
  • Advising clients with a focus on Construction and Property risks, as well as wider commercial insurance needs.
  • Working closely with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conducting client meetings, renewals, and mid-term reviews with a consultative approach, with the support of your handler.
  • Identifying opportunities for organic growth and cross-selling additional products.
  • Supporting the business’s long-term plans for growth while ensuring the highest standards of client service.
