We’re seeking an Account Handler with insurance broking experience in either personal lines or commercial. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a portfolio of personal and commercial clients, giving you broad experience across different risks
• Provide high-quality advice and support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Assist with renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy administration - helping you build technical expertise
• Work closely with Account Executives, giving you exposure to larger and more complex accounts
• Contribute to the growth and success of the Cornwall office through excellent service delivery
