YOUR SKILLS

  • Demonstrated experience in a sales or account management role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial markets, ideally in retail or industrial sales channels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers.
    An understanding of the industry in which we operate in would be beneficial, however not essential. What is important to us is your attitude toward your work. We’re looking for someone that is reliable, can manage their time effectively, and wants to achieve results!
Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales across key market segments, while building long-term relationships with key clients, builders, resellers, and partners.
  • Cold call potential customers, conduct meetings, and develop sales strategies to drive growth and retain customers.
  • Prepare and submit competitive proposals and quotes, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales process from inquiry to order confirmation, ensuring smooth delivery transitions.
  • Work with the Contracts Manager to ensure all terms are met and orders are approved and executed on time.
  • Provide regular reports on key account status, market trends, and competitor activity to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, logistics) to support sales efforts and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement a sales plan aligned with business goals, budgets, and KPIs, adjusting strategies to ensure growth
