What will you be doing?

Key objectives in your role as Commercial Accountant include:

  • Providing support to the Commercial Team through detailed sales reporting, cost analysis, and financial insights to aid decision-making.
  • Management and maintenance of Price Lists.
  • Managing customer commission programs, ensuring accurate calculations and timely administration.
  • Conducting monthly analysis of sales and margin variances, providing commentary to drive performance improvements.
  • Contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes to support the development of accurate financial plans.
  • Preparing and supporting CAPEX evaluations, and financial analysis for new projects.
  • Providing backup support for other finance roles as needed, ensuring smooth departmental operations.
  • Evaluating supply chain performance from inventory and profitability perspectives to influence ranging and pricing decisions through a better understanding of end-to-end product profitability.
