Responsibilities
  • Manage the month-end accounting and reporting process including the review of monthly P&Ls.
  • Responsible for customer rebates and maintenance of rebate register. Business expense management as well as monitoring key internal control systems.
  • Assist the Commercial Manager and senior management with executing the strategic planning and ensuring business process review and improvement.
  • Identify key data sources, both internal and external, analysis and insight generation to inform key decision processes for commercial activities
  • Assist the Commercial Manager with the budget development, forecasts and strategic planning processes
  • Provide support for the preparation of ad hoc reports as required by the business
  • Act as the central reference point for Accounts Payable management and assist with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable related queries

You’re Likely a Match If

  • Degree qualified (Accounting) and working towards CPA / CA
  • Demonstrated experience within an accounting, analytical or related commercial role with previous FMCG / Liquor / Warehouse and Distribution experience is highly desirable
  • Advance system skills including Excel & Access
  • Data visualization experience, ideally PowerBI would be desirable
