Job Description You secure a consistent, seamless positive customer experience through all channels by ensuring that your department is always striving to fulfil the three IKEA customer motivators You lead and communicate the commercial calendar and store activity plan to your store colleagues in a way that motivates them to take ownership for their part in achieving the overall goals. You secure the vitality of the IKEA store and IKEA website in all media by working closely with your store commercial team and using good examples from other stores to ensure customers feel inspired to visit the store more frequently. You ensure a qualitative and efficient implementation in your store through clear communication and secure that all functions take responsibility for delivering their part. You know your local market potential and work with your team and other functions to ensure the IKEA Brand is relevant locally throughout the different sales channels. You possess excellent knowledge of the IKEA product range and services, national priorities, volume commitments, local market conditions and local store competitors and will use this information to add to, support and drive the store commercial calendar. You analyse your activity performance; identify successful activities, solutions and ideas, and use this information to improve the planning of future activities. You understand the impact of your actions and activities on the financial results of the store and know which results you have influence over. You understand the IKEA social and environmental commitments and know how you can contribute to sustainability. Qualifications Business-minded and results-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Proven experience in setting action plans, defining goals, and following up on results to achieve commercial objectives. Self-reliant and highly motivated, with the ability to work effectively within a larger team and collaborate cross-functionally. Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others by creating passion for plans and initiatives. Able to make quick decisions and take personal initiative in a dynamic work environment. Well-organized with strong time-management skills, able to prioritize tasks efficiently. Able to communicate in English Minimum of three (3) years of IKEA experience as a Shopkeeper.
