Description

Be Personnel are seeking a skilled and organized Commercial Administrator to join our client’s dynamic commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting to deliver professional, credible and timely support to the rest of the commercial team, to our customers and to the wider business. This will be a customer facing role with and customer interaction will be expected.
The role is temporary for 8 to 10 weeks, there might be a opportunity to move into a permanent role.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and principles is a plus.
    Hours - Monday to Friday 08:30-16:00.
    Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
    Contract length: 10 weeks
