JOB DESCRIPTION:

General administrative duties to support the team using Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word
Data inputting
To respond to queries and communicate with employees/suppliers
A good communicator both written and verbal
Management of trackers
Ensure timesheets are correct and recorded
Maintain regular contact and build strong relationships with the client and engineers
Liaise with the fleet department for any deductions to engineers pay
Create/input/edit and amend invoices to be sent each week to GL’s clients in a timely manner
Check remittances are accurate and query if not
Report any anomalies to engineer timesheets
Provide external agencies with engineers Pay
Communicate with our external accountants for PAYE Engineers/staff
Process subcontractor invoices
Other administrative duties to support the commercial department
Work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to prioritise

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Required:
· Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
· Experience of Microsoft Office applications
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
