Do you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for keeping things running like clockwork? We’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Commercial Administrator to join our teams across Southbank venues.
This essential role is the backbone of our Operational Catering Department, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of financial processes and key administrative functions. From managing inventory and stock control to coordinating suppliers, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting financial reporting and analysis, you’ll keep everything aligned and running efficiently.
Your work will directly empower our operational teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences, allowing them to focus on hospitality while you ensure all systems and processes are accurate, compliant, and well-documented.
