Description

Do you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for keeping things running like clockwork? We’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Commercial Administrator to join our teams across Southbank venues.
This essential role is the backbone of our Operational Catering Department, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of financial processes and key administrative functions. From managing inventory and stock control to coordinating suppliers, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting financial reporting and analysis, you’ll keep everything aligned and running efficiently.
Your work will directly empower our operational teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences, allowing them to focus on hospitality while you ensure all systems and processes are accurate, compliant, and well-documented. If you’re a proactive communicator who takes pride in accuracy and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, especially with numbers.
  • Experience with financial reconciliation, reporting, and accounting principles.
  • Confident using Excel and other financial software (experience with ERP systems a plus).
  • Comfortable liaising with multiple teams, juggling tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or catering environments is a big bonus.
  • CPA or relevant financial qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
  • Positive, proactive, and always ready to support your team.
