Job Description MISSION : Support the Asia Pacific Commercial teams by providing services on a full range of functions, including but not limited to policy issuing and renewal support, documentation and tariffication for prospects, invoicing and turnover declaration, Know Your Customer/Ultimate Beneficial Owner/Finscan etc to achieve the annual revenue targets to be assigned each year. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Excellent proficiency in English (Verbal and Written) and Japanese Level N2 Create DPP/Contract numbers for new business and polices moving from Globalliance to Tradeliner Prepare NBI and Pricing Update the policy information in LCS and sign the policies Cofanet access to Brokers/AM’s/Fronters Raise Invoices through LCS Application Prepare draft policy documents ( GA and RTL) Contract Amendments Check Middle office Tool. – Quote center, Renewal Center and CRM center Providing commercial support to front office teams, for prospects and policy holders within the region Support the commercial team and provide ongoing customer service through adherence to the commercial workflows including documents construction, database management, liaising with the accounts department for invoicing purposes and assisting the Account managers with the management of the renewal process Continued Knowledge Building of technical expertise on Coface Products and Services. Liaising with accounts team and commercial team for invoice disputes, enquiries and general day to day task Able to complete a task align to the compliance with the group standard (as per process manuals) and ensure implementation of the latest group standard (as per process manuals) Assisting commercial teams on complete Know Your Customer/Ultimate Beneficial Owner/Finscan process on the policy holders within the APR region Qualifications Qualifications and Skills : Degree/Masters in Management/Finance or related disciplines. Excellent proficiency in Japanese Level N2 or N3. Solid experience in financial/ insurance industry - Preferred. Required Skills: Demonstrates proactive attitude Demonstrate ability to complete task accurately and on time with minimum supervision Demonstrates teamwork both with function and across functions to achieve the overall company goals Able to understand the problem and effectively communicate the solution to the commercials/customers Sound knowledge about the process and guidelines and the requirements of the commercials/ clients To pursue continuous improvement by seeking ways to develop products, services or processes for increased efficiency or effectiveness, regardless of where the product, service or process started.
