Description

About Us:
Keltic Traffic Management is one of the leading traffic management providers in London and the South East. As part of the BUKO Group, we continue to grow our footprint while maintaining the agile, committed service of a specialist contractor. We are currently looking for a Commercial Administrator to support the delivery of our Cadent Gas contract — one of our key frameworks.
The Role:
We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Commercial Administrator to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in keeping our invoicing and commercial tracking systems accurate and up to date, ensuring that completed works are billed promptly and correctly. While you’ll occasionally liaise with project and operations teams on job status, this is not a site-based or field delivery role — your strengths will lie in spreadsheets, coordination, and commercial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily invoicing of completed works
  • Managing and maintaining the invoicing register (Excel) for all ongoing jobs
  • Ensuring new jobs are accurately added to the system for tracking and billing
  • Liaising with operational teams to confirm job progress, closeout status, and data completeness
  • Supporting the wider commercial and project teams with administrative tasks
  • Helping ensure that job information is aligned with billing timelines

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience with Excel and data entry
  • Organised and methodical approach to tracking high volumes of tasks
  • Previous experience in a commercial or administrative support role, ideally in utilities, construction, or traffic management
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams
  • Ability to prioritise and work independently

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • Opportunities for progression within a growing company
  • Supportive team environment with ongoing training
  • Company pension scheme
  • 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
