REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to support our Commercial Director in managing day-to-day administrative duties. This is a crucial support role involving document management, data entry, and general office administration to ensure the smooth running of our commercial operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Commercial Director
  • Maintain and manage digital and physical filing systems
  • Handle document scanning, printing, photocopying, and archiving
  • Assist in managing and updating commercial databases, trackers, and spreadsheets
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting
  • Organise and maintain commercial documentation, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, and commercial documents
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather or provide relevant information
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating diaries
  • Carry out other administrative tasks as required
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Commercial Director
