Job Summary The Commercial Administrator is part of the commercial team to coordinate and manage key accounts and activities through assisting in the delivery and governance of commercial tasks and activities. Job Responsibilities 1 Conduct Process checks, maintain filing and invoice monitoring systems, and audit regularly. Ensure to update the records of all invoices and creditors' payments. Ensure of submitting accurate records of all transactions on a predefined basis bases. Perform reconciliation of banking transactions regularly. Prepare all the invoices for external clients as per agreed timelines. Follow up certification and collection with clients to assure the invoices certified and paid. Prepare the Aging report on monthly basis and reconcile with finance department. Provide administrative support to the team to maintain an efficient office environment. Managing the day-to-day operations of the office. Prepare and submit telephone invoice summary. Complete closing of Advance Payment as per timelines. Job Responsibilities 2 Additional Responsibilities 3 Job Knowledge & Skills Understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques to effectively contribute to cost estimation and project management. Proficiency in quantitative analysis methods to accurately assess project costs, perform cost-benefit analysis, and identify potential cost-saving measures. Ability to accurately estimate costs for labor, materials, and equipment based on project specifications, drawings, and industry standards. Knowledge of contract administration principles and practices to assist in the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. Effective communication skills to collaborate with project teams, present cost estimates and analysis, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding.
