DJL Petfoods Ingredients Ltd, based in Long Bennington, provides pet food ingredients to pet food manufacturers both in the UK and overseas. We are a growing company and offering you the chance to join our dedicated, professional team as we continue to expand.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Administrator to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our sales department by completing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and providing exceptional customer service. Strong Excel skills are necessary for this role.
Salary: £23,000-£25,000, depending on experience

The Role:

  • Building relationships with customers and suppliers and providing outstanding customer service
  • Maintaining the sales and purchase database
  • To produce sales reports
  • Logging and recording of sales / purchases data
  • Producing quotations for customers
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments
  • Consistently striving to improve quality in all practices

The Candidate:

  • Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new software quickly.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
