We’re currently looking for a passionate Commercial Advisor to join our Customer Engagement team. This role is designed for someone who thrives on providing exceptional customer service, enjoys problem-solving, and shares our mission of sustainability and innovation. This position is located in Milan, Italy, and we offer a hybrid working model that combines in-person collaboration with individual time to focus.

Responsibilities

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Commercial Advisor, you will be expected to drive customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall success of the Customer Engagement team. You’ll be instrumental in providing high-quality service and support across multiple touchpoints. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads and customer interactions across various channels (phone, chat, email)
  • Provide support and assistance to customers while coordinating RSA cases through Polestar channels and our support network
  • Occasionally visit the network of agents and support centers to ensure operations are running smoothly
  • Handle all customer-related activities promptly and in line with global KPIs, delivering exceptional customer experiences

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be customer oriented, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. You’re passionate about both customer satisfaction and the EV-industry and a natural communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills that help you build strong relationships and trust with our customers. The ability to be flexible and proactive is key to excelling in this role.In addition, you’ll need the following:

  • Experience in customer care, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Proficiency in Office 365 with the ability to use various communication platforms to interact with customers effectively
  • Experience with administrative management of customer servic
