Job Description We’re seeking a Commercial Analyst to drive profitability, efficiency, and compliance across our Oceania Power Tools business. As the Process Owner for Rebates and Sales Allowances, you’ll optimise rebate governance, enhance margin realisation, and deliver insights that shape strategic decision-making across the business. This is a high-impact, full-time, permanent role partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver commercial excellence and continuous improvement based at our Clayton Headquarters. Key Responsibilities Rebate & Allowance Management: Own end-to-end rebate and concession processes to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payments and rapid cash collection. Profitability & Pricing Insights: Develop tools, models, and analysis to improve price-to-margin realisation and overall profitability across products and customers. Governance & Compliance: Act as the regional expert for sales governance topics, ensuring adherence to audit and compliance requirements. Reporting & Analysis: Deliver accurate, regular financial and commercial reporting on rebates, sales performance, and contract structures. Process Ownership: Lead the BI@PT Rebate Module and drive system/process improvements for greater transparency and efficiency. Finance Business Partnering: Build strong cross-functional relationships to deliver financial insight and drive decision-making. P&L Management: Monitor divisional profit and loss, providing actionable insights to improve performance. Continuous Improvement: Champion process optimisation through Lean, BPS, or Six Sigma principles. Training & Guidance: Support teams through education on compliance, governance, and process standards. Qualifications We are looking for an innovative thinker who works well in a team environment, is results focused and displays a high level of attention to detail. You will be able to demonstrate the following: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or similar (CPA/CA advantageous) Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving expertise Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP, Power BI, or Tableau preferred Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Fact-based decision-making and results-oriented mindset BPS, Lean or Six Sigma training (preferred) Relevant industry experience and a valid driver’s licence Why Bosch?
