• Provide expert BI by ensuring dashboards and reports are valid, timely and accurate.
• Assist in shaping, planning and improving BI Visualisations to make decision support clearer.
• Provide clear reporting of benchmarked industry performance.
• Create commercial analysis which directly enables decision support to the business.
• Develop performance metrics in-line with the Performance Framework and various Balanced Scorecards.
• Supports business planning and makes recommendations to improve business performance based on insights.
