Role Overview
You will be part of a dynamic and international team, working closely with and supporting the Head of Global Accounts and Commercial. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for monitoring and generating key performance statistics for the Asia Pacific region and various Global Accounts. Additionally, you will provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Monitor and track sales KPIs to ensure targets are met across APAC countries.
Prepare weekly reports covering key metrics such as volume performance, utilization ratios, and more.
Conduct monthly reviews of APAC market share and highlight areas for performance improvement or targeted campaigns.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure timely, effective issue resolution.
Support timely preparation of client meeting materials and presentations.
Assist in implementing reporting tools and dashboards to streamline data delivery and decision-making.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Department (HOD), including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements (flights, transport, accommodation).
