What You’ll Do As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you’ll act as a finance business partner and trusted advisor to stakeholders across the NRMA Parks & Resorts network. You’ll provide actionable insights, robust analysis, and decision support to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include: Analysing Trends & Patterns: Proactively identify, analyse, and report on financial and operational trends to inform business strategy and highlight calls to action. Autonomous Reporting: Prepare and escalate findings through clear, insightful reports and dashboards. Your work will directly influence decision-making at all levels. Enhancing Performance: Collaborate with business partners to uncover opportunities for operational efficiencies, cost savings, and process improvements. Financial Modelling & Cashflow: Support the preparation of profit and loss statements, cashflow analysis, business cases, and investment appraisals to maximise returns. Driving Innovation: Lead the evolution of reporting, dashboarding, and analytical modelling techniques to ensure they remain fit-for-purpose and add value. Supporting Business Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term strategies and business plans, providing recommendations to optimise resource allocation and drive commercial outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across the business, maintaining proactive and effective communication to deliver results. What You’ll Bring Minimum 3 years’ experience in a comparable analytical or commercial finance role CA/CPA qualifications Demonstrated strength in identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in financial data Strong experience working autonomously and proactively escalating insights to stakeholders Advanced proficiency with reporting and analytics tools: Experience with TM1 or similar planning/analytics platforms highly advantageous Cashflow analysis expertise and a track record of supporting financial decision-making Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills Knowledge of ERP accounting systems (Netsuite favourable) A collaborative mindset and a desire to be part of a purpose-driven, values-led organisation What’s in it for you?
