Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Commercial Analyst, you will work closely with the Commercial Lead and other key stakeholders across the business. You’ll be responsible for leading day-to-day commercial activities, supporting bid and tender processes, managing client onboarding, and contributing to business development initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with bid and tender preparation, including screening, Terms of Reference (TOR), and deliverables.
  • Lead Expressions Of Interest (EOI), market surveys, and tender prequalification.
  • Review contracts and agreements, identifying negotiation points and challenges.
  • Manage vendor qualification, supplier registration, and due diligence.
  • Maintain memberships and subscriptions.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and update the Contracts Register.
  • Prepare and update client rate cards and internal rate guides.
  • Collaborate on Business Development event summaries and presentation materials.
  • Provide commercial support to the sales team and other departments.
  • Issue and maintain HSE statistics, forms, and documentation.
