We’re looking for a Commercial Analyst to be part of a high-impact strategic project that will help shape the future Distribution Operating Model and Playbook across our Marine and Energy & Infrastructure (E&I) segments.
Some of the tasks you will be entrusted with:

As part of this exciting project, you’ll be at the heart of driving data-based decision-making across key commercial areas. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing distributor and customer data to uncover growth opportunities
• Supporting the creation of partner definitions and tiering models
• Delivering commercial insights that feed directly into our strategic roadmap
• Helping streamline account management and partner engagement
• Building structured dashboards (Power BI) to guide key decisions
• Preparing presentations for leadership and stakeholder updates
• Leading or supporting deep dives into areas like regional performance, distributor profitability, and white space analysis

What we expect you to have in your backpack as background and experience

• A degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI
• Exposure to CRM tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)
• Fluent in English
• A curious, analytical, and proactive mindset
