DESCRIPTION:

About the role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Commercial Analyst will support financial analysis, modelling and due diligence across housing development transactions and new project tenders. You’ll be a key contributor in shaping the commercial viability of projects and working across multiple state jurisdictions and stakeholder groups.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

About you
We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with:
Proven experience in Excel-based financial modelling (including macros)
Background in debt-financed or asset-backed project modelling, ideally in property
Strong analytical, research and reporting skills
Experience in finance, accounting, or commercial property transactions
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple competing tasks
The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to social impact and alignment with our values

Work concurrently across multiple commercial opportunities and programs
