Location: *Hybrid / Stoke - Onsite twice per week
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

WHO YOU ARE

  • Prior experience in managing commission schemes is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Possess strong commercial and financial insight.

  • Must demonstrate high levels of analytical and methodical thinking.

Responsibilities

The objective of this position is to oversee the effective and efficient administration of performance-based compensation within the Customer Service and Sales divisions. This role functions within predetermined budgets and complies with HR policies, ensuring a consistent methodology for targeting, forecasting, analytics, and rewards. The aim of the position is to promote ongoing enhancement and optimize investment through creative and engaging reward structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the administration and governance of partner remuneration, collaborating with senior leadership to enhance performance via effective reward systems and budget oversight.
  • Oversee the comprehensive governance and implementation of bonus structures, which includes defining commissionable objectives, establishing payment processes, and coordinating submissions to payroll.
  • Actively engage with internal stakeholders to comprehend, shape, agree upon, and fulfill their analytical and reporting needs.
