Values: Open, Trusted and Bold Job Description Telefónica Tech is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Analyst to lead financial governance and commercial operations across the Enterprise Health portfolio. This role ensures robust financial control, accurate forecasting, and maximised revenue capture throughout the project lifecycle, driving strategic growth and operational excellence. This position is pivotal in creating a proactive, best-practice culture within Enterprise Health, ensuring financial integrity and enabling sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Financial Governance & Compliance Manage end-to-end financial processes for all Enterprise Health projects. Ensure compliance with internal policies Maintain accurate revenue and margin tracking. Revenue Management Identify missed revenue opportunities early and implement corrective actions. Drive initiatives to optimise profitability and reduce financial risk. Forecasting & Reporting Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to senior leadership. Enhance forecasting models to align actuals with projections. Process Improvement Standardise commercial processes across teams. Introduce agile financial practices for improved reporting Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and senior leadership and customers. Influence decision-making through data-driven insights. Qualifications Essential Criteria: Proven experience in commercial operations and financial management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial systems and data analytics tools. Eg PowerBI Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Criteria: Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
