In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure service excellence, value for money, and contractual compliance, while driving continuous improvement and supporting the Council’s carbon reduction and sustainability goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and implementation of robust contract management processes.
  • Manage relationships and performance of all hard and soft FM contractors.
  • Oversee procurement of FM services, including SLAs and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and quality audits.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, procurement, and risk management standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to inform operational and financial decisions.
