About the role
Position: Commercial and Contracts Analyst
Location: Melbourne, VIC (open to other major cities)
Work Type: Full-time Permanent - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tender and contract analysis to ensure commercial success aligned with AGL’s major renewable project goals.
• Develop and refine contracting models and strategies that support continuous improvement and project excellence.
• Collaborate across legal, technical, and delivery teams to manage risks, resolve disputes, and protect AGL’s commercial position.
• Oversee contract compliance and commercial systems, while reporting on KPIs and risk to senior leadership.
• Promote a strong safety culture and contribute to the rollout of standard agreements and risk frameworks across high-value energy projects.

About You

• Apply your qualifications in Engineering, Commerce, Law, or Business to influence major energy and infrastructure initiatives.
• Use your years of experience to shape contract strategy, negotiation, and administration across all project phases.
• Present complex commercial analysis to senior stakeholders and help steer critical business outcomes.
• Leverage your understanding of renewables and regulatory frameworks to support AGL’s transformation.
